October is Breast Cancer Month. 

To celebrate and raise funds for the McGrath Foundation, we are holding a Pink Weekend on 2, 3 and 4 October with all classes having a Pink theme and with $5 p/p per class going to the Foundation. I've invited Christina Armstrong from Canberra to come and celebrate with some of her special pieces.

Saturday 2nd October

9.30am  Bead Rivoli as a Pendant or Ring   $30 plus kit ($7.50) - 3 hours - Christina Armstrong
1.30pm  Right Angle Weave Ring  $30 plus kit ($5.00)  3 hours - Christina Armstrong (suitable for beginners and intermediate)

Sunday 3rd October

10am  Dodecahedron - make a hollow beaded bead or two to use as a focal for one of the layers in the afternoon's class on Basics - $30 plus kit ($5)  3 hours - Christina Armstrong - (suitable for beginners and intermediate)

1 pm  Basics - Stringing, linking, using chain and layering - make 3 co-ordinating pieces to wear individually or as a trio  $20 plus kit ($25.00) - 3 hours  - Jenny

Monday 4th October

10am - all day - Make a pair Breast Cancer Ribbon inspired earrings and a Pin  $25.00 all inclusive - take as long as you need -
